Freezer-Friendly Breakfast Sandwiches.
Mornings can be quite busy, especially when you have to leave for work. However, I have come across a recipe for freezer-friendly breakfast sandwiches that have been a real lifesaver for me. It has simplified my mornings to a great extent. I usually make a large batch of these sandwiches, taking an afternoon to prepare a month’s worth of breakfasts. I carefully wrap each sandwich in a damp towel to retain moisture, followed by parchment paper for easy unwrapping, and finally, aluminum foil for secure freezing. Additionally, I label each sandwich to help me choose between bacon or Canadian ham. This simple and effective system ensures that I have a healthy and filling breakfast, even on the busiest mornings.
I usually grab and go with these sandwiches, stick them in my lunch bag, and then heat them up at the office since I try to start my mornings off at the gym first. (I like working out on an empty stomach, but that’s not for everyone.) I’ll also toss in a protein shake to increase my protein intake after a workout.
*disclaimer: I don’t like cheese on my sandwiches or hamburgers. So please add cheese if you like it. The recipe below does not include it. Yes, I am weird, I do know this.

These breakfast sandwiches have become my morning favorite meal. Seriously, whipping up a big batch and having them ready to go means no more skipping breakfast or quick stopping at McDonalds. Each one’s wrapped up snug in its little foil package – super easy to grab, heat, and eat. Whether it’s a bacon day or a ham day, I’m all set. Try this if you’re always racing against the clock like me (mostly because I like to lay in bed as long as possible).
